Returns & Exchanges

At Mer Angels, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. Each piece is carefully made and checked before shipping. Please read our policy below before placing your order.

Eligibility

Thailand Orders: We accept returns and exchanges within Thailand only.

International Orders: We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders outside Thailand, unless the item you received was incorrect, damaged, or defective due to our mistake.

Items must be:

• • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • With all original tags and hygienic liners still attached.

  • Returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the hygienic liner or tags have been removed, or if the item shows signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

Process

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at merangels.th@gmail.com with your order number.

Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees (except in cases where the mistake is on our end).

Refunds & Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued in the original payment method after we inspect the returned item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, size, or a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or refund.

✨ Note: Because swimwear is an intimate item, we kindly ask you to choose your size carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure, please reach out to us for sizing help prior to ordering.
